So far, meditation is one of the most methods to relax ourselves from the tired body after work and popular used in human to maintain or/and promote the health in body and soul. The documented methods of meditation are a lot. We make them as simple way which is based on the scripture from immortal. The simple way is to look inside of ourselves and called as Hui-Guang. Normally the shape, color, name of things from what we look and impressed into our brain. Those things entered into our brain will become a part of our memory which can affect our mind and induce fluctuation of mood due to interaction among them. Besides, that the way of what we can look is making us older and weaker even ill due to losing our energy from our body through our eyes. Meanwhile, the energy lose is not only from eyes but also can be from other sensory organs such as ear, nose, tongue as well as hands and foots. It means we lose our Chi. Actually, Chi is an important factor to humans and exists between heaven and earth and human body. Do you know how to get your Chi? Promote your wisdom? and change your fate? You are welcome to visit our website (http://www.daw.url.tw/) and Dojos where are located in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung in Taiwan, if you are interested in Chi. The program of meditation compromises 4 times’ courses.
Time of course: 7 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday in Taichung Dojo.
The fee per program: 1000 NTD for utilities of Dojo.
